On tärkeää että jokainen nuori kaupungissa tulee kuulluksi ja nähdyksi omana itsenään. Kotoa kaikki eivät saa tarvitsemaansa tukea. Palkataan Suutarila-Siltamäki-Töyrynummi alueen jatkuvaa liikkuvaa alueellista nuoriso-ohjausta, joka tuntee alueen nuoret ja heidän vanhempansa. He ovat luottohenkilöitä joilta nuori saa tarvittaessa ohjausta, tukea ja neuvoja. He näkevät ongelmatilanteet jo ennalta. Ohjaajat voivat myös organisoida alueen nuorisotoimintaa siten että kukaan ei syrjäydy.
