Torkkelinmäen ja Kurvin alueet ovat jatkuvan vandalisoinnin kohteena. Ehdotan tehostettua töhryjen poistoa ja ennaltaehkäisyä vähintään kahden vuoden ajaksi. Vandalisoitu ympäristö lisää tutkitusti turvattomuuden tunnetta ja laskee kiinteistöjen arvoa. Taklaamalla kohdennetusti ongelmaa lisäämme viihtyisyyttä ja tuomme lisäarvoa laadukkaan katutaiteen keinoin: - Resursseja laadukkaan katutaiteen tekoon - Töhryjen nopeaan poistoon keskittynyt henkilö - Valaistuksen lisääminen ongelmapaikoissa
