Summary
Every Helsinki resident who turns 13, for example, could be provided with a wristband ticket to an amusement park. This would give children an opportunity to experience joy regardless of their family’s financial situation.

Ehdotan, että Helsingin kaupunki lahjoittaisi kerran elämässä jokaiselle esim. 13-vuotiaalle (pituusrajat huomioiden) helsinkiläiselle lapselle rannekkeen huvipuistoon. Sen avulla annetaan kaikille kaupungin asukkaille mahdollisuus kokeilla iloa riippumatta sitä, mikä olisi perheen taloudellinen tilanne. Ranneke on henkilökohtainen ja sitä ei pysty käyttämään väärin myymällä, vaihtamalla jne. toiselle henkilölle. Vuoden aikana Helsingissä 13-14 vuotta täyttäneitä on aika vähän budjettille.
