Summary
The beach park of Hermanni should have duckboards to facilitate walking and cycling, as the area is often flooded with sea water. A solution should be found that allows passage through the area also when the water rises.

Tällä hetkellä on hankala kävellä tai pyöräillä Vanhankaupunginlahden ympäri. Ainoa kohta, jossa joutuu siirtymään selkeästi vehreältä tai merelliseltä reitiltä pois, on Hermanninrannan rantapuiston kohdalla.Jotta merivesi saisi tilaa levittäytyä, olisi tärkeä luoda ratkaisu, joka ei pilaa alueen tarkoitusta. Tämän vuoksi pitkospuiden rakentaminen (esteettömät) olisi perusteltua ja parhain ratkaisu. Näin natinnolista jalankulkua ja pyöräilyä voitaisiin edistää ja alueen tarkoitus säilyttää.
