Tehdään Keulapuistosta yhteisöllinen perheiden ja lasten lähiliikuntapaikka parantamalla sen palveluita. Ränsistynyt koripallokenttä muutetaan katukoripallokentäksi päällystämällä se muovipintaisella Bergo pelialustalla. Lisäksi lasten suosiossa olevalle mäelle sijoitetaan liukumäki ja muita lapsille soveltuvia leikkivälineitä, kuten vaijeriliukuja ja muita leikkivälineitä.
