Summary
The current yard area of the Arkadiankatu educational institutions does not encourage pupils to move. The comfort and exercise opportunities of pupils and others could be increased by adding some permanent exercise equipmentto the yard.
Proposal description
Arkadiankadun oppilaitokset ovat olleet pitkään kantakaupungin keskiössä ja näiden oppilasmäärät kasvaa vuosittain. Lisäksi välituntiliikunta on vähentynyt vuosien aikana. Koulujen nykyinen piha-alue ja tilat eivät tarjoa riittävästi mahdollisuuksia liikuntaan koulun aikana. Opiskelijalähtöinen hanke pyrkisi lisäämään oppilaiden, sekä muiden viihtyvyyttä ja liikuntamahdollisuuksia sekä, tukemaan oppilaiden jaksamista. Hankkeen tarpeet: koripallotelineet, ulkoliikuntasali, kiinteät pingispöydät.
