More affodrable swimming classes. Seperate classes for adults and kids. Family classes as well.

A similar proposal, "Uinninopetusta iltaisin ja viikonloppuisin", has been combined to this proposal. It's shown on the bottom of the page. The proposal calls for more swimming lessons for children at reasonable times and with a variety of options.
