Proposal

Kalevankatu has amazing looking buildings, but street itself is more of a motorway, with side parking. Removing oneside parking and replacing it with trees and permanent greenery would make the street a lot more welcoming, helps small businesses grow and reduces noise and pollution, cars speed and windiness of area.

Eerikinkatu (7) now looks amazing and welcoming and there are already several small businesses on the street. Same practice of upgrading street could benefit Kalevankatu.
