To make dog owners clean after their pets

Kalevankatu street is one of the central streets and used by toursits and locals every day. Tourists are coursing between the harbor and center. Dog owners lately stopped cleaning after their dogs. Quite often I find dog poop all over the street, sometimes right in front of the houses entrance doors. I suggest to either install videocameras or to send inspectors on patrolling Kalevankatu for a couple of random days per week to fine those dog owners who don't clean after their pets.
