Free ice skating rink with music and food/drinks.

Ehdotus

A free skating rink in a central area of the city of Helsinki with music, colourful lights and small side stalls/foodtrucks selling drinks and snacks would encourage people to spend more time outdoors in the city during winter time.

This will in turn liven up the center, bring people together, hopefully make/meet new and old friends, listen to some music, eat, drink and socialise to curb loneliness (that many experience) during the long and dark winter months.
