Over half of Finns find online services a hindrance, due to lack of know-how, poor equipment, income problems.
Secure access to digital services in Helsinki could be as simple as one-touch payment, when Posti prints IndiviDUAL code, like QR-code, but securely
- at each paper letter addressed in Helsinki.
IDEA: invite experts, approved by Helsinki City, to lecture how-to, via Helmet libraries
- to trust and to securely access Helsinki digital services.
