Lähelle Malminkartanon juna-asemaa kaivataan kaikille avointa tilaa missä voi monenlaiset ihmiset viettää aikaa keskenään esimerkiksi biljardin, shakin ja halvan kahvin muodossa. Paikalla olisi ohjaaja joka tarjoaisi sosiaali- ja terveysneuvontaa ja opastaisi tietokoneen käytössä erinäisten hakemusten ja lomakkeiden täyttämisessä. Malminkartanossa olisi paljon vapaita liiketiloja mihin tämän tyyppistä toimintaa voisi perustaa.
