Rakennetaan kuntoportaat Henrik Borgströmin puiston läheisyyteen. Puistossa on jo kuntoilulaitteita, ja sen vierestä menevä polku parkkipaikalle on hyvin jyrkkä, joten se olisi hyvä paikka kuntoportaille. Ulkoliikuntaa harrastavien määrä on kasvanut koronan vuoksi ja kiinnostus kuntoportaisiin ylipäätään on kasvanut Helsingissä.
Kaupungilla on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva kuntoporraslinjaus, tämä linjaus myös tukee kuntoportaiden rakentamista https://www.hel.fi/static/liitteet/kaupunkiymparisto/julkaisut/muut/kuntoporraslinjaus.pdf
Kuntoportaiden tarkka paikka Laajasalossa suunnitellaan sitten, jos ehdotus menestyy äänestyksessä ja se toteutetaan.
