A complete condition survey of the villa, which is culturally and historically valuable but has taken water damage, and opening up its structures. A repair plan and financing plan will be prepared for this purpose. In 2011, repairs were estimated to cost EUR 994,000. In the future, the aim is to enable the villa to be used and rented for events.
