This property, Helsinki Town, has been with our family since 1946. My great Uncle Oska Dahlstrom is the last relative to live here, in the family home he grew up in. He still regularly looks after the garden, Renovation to preserve its history, not only as part of our family, but also as heritage for the generation that enabled Finland to gain its independence. Renovation for summer and winter use. As an artist I would be able to set up voluntary run community art and creative workshops, to engage elderly, and young; in supporting them through creative interactions/workshops helping prevent those being isolated, and give a sense of belonging to a creative community, throughout the year.Instead of letting this property deteriorate into total disrepair, It can be brought back to life, and restored, to help the local residence, offering sustainable projects in arts and environment throughout the year for those that need social and positive interaction.public transport nearby, easy access
