Mindfulness workshops
During the past year, the level of stress for people increased considerably. The proposed idea is to have free-of-charge mindfulness workshops accessible in public spaces such as commercial centers, libraries, youth centers but also in collaboration with companies for employees. The workshops could last 15-20 minutes and could include for example breathing exercises, or stress reduction practices. During the workshops, people could get some tips of how to improve their mental health and to reduce stress.
