More public toilets in Helsinki: dry toilets Helsinki-huussi (WC)

There has been increasing demand in more public toilets around Helsinki. There are not enough toilets in public areas such as e.g. parks and beaches, and some existing toilets are open only during the swimming season till 16.00-17.00. It would be great to have more toilets open during the whole year and at least till 22.00. Great if these toilets could include changing tables for babies and special baby seats while caregivers use toilet.
Parks and beaches are popular destinations for families with kids, groups of friends and elderly people, and people like to spend long hours there. Ideas connected to this proposal suggest the necessity in outdoor public toilets in their respective city areas.
Outdoor public toilets with water system might appear too expensive to be implemented as part of OmaStadi, therefore, we suggest utilizing the City of Helsinki's new dry toilet service 'Helsinki-huussi': aesthetically pleasing, environmentally friendly, with green roofs, open 24 hours a day and, if possible, all year round! Budgeting (discussed with the City expert):
3 Helsinki-huussi toilets in 3 different city areas = ~€195,000 (1 Helsinki-huussi = ~€65,000)
