Ideas connected to this proposal suggest the necessity in outdoor public toilets in their respective city areas.

*Public parks are popular destination for families with kids, groups of friends and elderly people. People like to spend long hours in parks, but there are not many public toilets in such areas. Our idea is to have more public toilets all around Helsinki, which will meet special needs of every age group, and be available from morning to evening throughout the year. It would be good if these toilets include squat toilets, changing tables for babies and special baby seats while caregivers use toilet.
*Toilets on the public beaches in Helsinki area are usually open only when is a swimming season and only till 16-17.00. Our idea is to have toilets open during the whole year and at least till 22.00, as there are people coming for the walks.
