Emergency phones and other devices do not fall under the jurisdiction of the City of Helsinki. In this area, there are two other suggestions regarding digital info screens. In my opinion, it would be recommendable that these suggestions are reviewed as a whole in the next phase of the participatory budgeting process.

The Urban Environment Division is responsible for designing outdoor lighting in public areas according to the planning guidelines. Traffic safety, environment, public safety and comfort are taken into account in planning.

Please remember, that you need to make a plan of your proposal before 8.3.2019. Once you have published your plan you can still edit it until 6 April. Please notice that your suggestion does not proceed to voting unless it’s been made into a plan or it is a part of a plan with other proposals. You can find instructions here:
