Information about the costs
This site contains examples of various procurement, project and personnel costs. Some of the costs are examples of the costs of projects on the previous round of OmaStadi. You can use this information to support brainstorming and submitting proposals.
Personnel costs, instructor (Social Services and Health Care Division)

- €1,550 Sturdy, wooden handmade picnic table (this model is used at the Uutela hut), delivered on site (not fixed, i.e. the table can be moved)

- The cost estimate does not include possible spot lighting, the initial cleaning of the wall/foundation or the cost of restoration after the end of the artwork’s life cycle.
- Other aspects to consider: The location, size, materials, method and quality level of the work significantly influence the price. The painting of murals requires a permit, the assessment of which requires visualisation images of the painting. The location cannot therefore be confirmed in advance. The City only executes murals on sites it owns.

Summer flower planting
- €1,600–2500 (depending on the container) including an irrigation system and irrigation
Stone wall
- Sturdy dry stone wall (model used by the barn of Skata Farm in Uutela), approx. €1,200/metre (includes the handicraft of two people, transport of stone materials, a small work machine)
Cultural event / series of events, €35,000–155,000 in total
- The salary of a cultural producer with secondary expenses: 6 months part-time €13,750 / 12 months full-time €55,000
- Functions (Special tools of the coordinator / cultural producer, permits, area/space rents, security, cleaning, hourly workers, electricity, AV equipment, stage structures, sound technician, tents, toilets, waste management, purchase of sub-events, marketing): €10,000–100,000
- The cost estimate does not include the possible closing of streets, fences, protective measures, decorations, traffic arrangements and traffic control personnel, special arrangements required by the content of the event (e.g. aerial platforms, special technology) or, depending on the size of the event, the assistant producer or marketing planner.
- Other things to consider: The size, duration, location, date, time, quality level and performers of the event and the technology requirements set by the contents affect the price
Recreational use of craft classrooms
