Brainstorming support and events

Support and guidance is available if you need them to work on your idea. In addition to digital support, the City’s employees in various sectors can help you with your OmaStadi idea. The City also arranges events and meetups where you can work on ideas with others.

Digital Support in Helsinki

• Digital support is offered by the staff of the city’s information services, libraries and community colleges as well as volunteers from the association Enter ry. Digital support is offered in several languages, not only in Finnish and Swedish. The service hours are from 9 AM to 7 PM on weekdays. • The City of Helsinki has also launched a service for remote digital support. You can submit a request for remote digital support via telephone (+358 9 310 11111, Mon-Thu 9-16, Fri 10-15) or by filling in an e-form in English.
