Determining the voting result
The result of the voting is determined entirely in relation to the funds allocated to a specific area (major district). The proposals that have received the most votes and fit the overall budget of their district will proceed to the implementation phase:
- The proposal with the most votes will be implemented.
- The proposal with the second most votes will also be implemented, because the maximum cost of a proposal may not exceed 50% of the total funds allocated to the area, as per the criteria.
- The proposal with the third most votes will be implemented if its cost does not exceed the remaining funds. If the cost of the third most popular proposal exceeds the remaining funds, the next applicable proposal on the list, in descending order based on popularity, will be selected.
